Architectural Control Committee (ACC)

The focus of the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is to review construction plans and any external alteration or improvement that homeowners are requesting and determine if they meet the requirements of the restrictions, and are architecturally and aesthetically compatible with the subdivision. The ACC will also investigate complaints of possible restriction violations and will meet with its committee members to compile and present it’s finding to the board of directors to determine if further action is warranted. The goal of this committee is to help ensure that property values remain intact through restriction compliance.

Community Social Committee

The focus of the social committee is to promote community interaction and social functions. The CSC plans/oversees block parties, activities at the park, contests (such as yard of the month, holiday decor, pumpkin decorating contests), social media, and the monthly newsletter.

Parks and Grounds Committee

The PGC is responsible for the development, maintenance, and upkeep of the community common areas such as the parks, walking paths, neighborhood entrances, lakes, and wooded areas.
